A Short Thought from God's Word.
These are daily devotions from the Bible, but with a difference.
Here's the difference in a nutshell:

They keep you in touch with God's Word.
When I designed A Short Thought From God's Word, I was the youth leader at my church, and I wanted to encourage my group to be in the Bible daily. I knew that most of the kids checked their email daily, but usually did not have time to read anything lengthy. So I decided to make devotions to email daily. They were short but still captured the heart of the teachings of Scripture.
Short Thought From God's Word is exactly as the name implies: short and directly from the Bible. Each devotion contains a few Bible verses, and a brief comment based on those verses. Scripture quotations are from the New International Version. One devotion can be read each day. Or use them in any way you please.
A Short Thought From God's Word was developed to be helpful in reminding believers of what God's Word says. It is short so that it will not be overlooked by busy people, but it is direct, and never compromises God's Word.
They are presented to you here absolutely free, no strings attached. They are presented in pdf format. Each file contains a complete year's worth of devotions. Each one is different.
